Client came back for touch up yesterday and below was the conversation;

Florence, my skin can’t absorb the colour, all the hair stroke colour is gone😭 

Me: Nope, your skin absorbs the colour well, all hair stroke colour are still very clear👍 

She: Oppss… I thought that is my natural brow hair,….
