Everyone has uneven facial features; the right and left eyebrows and eyes may be different in shape and size, while the nose and lips may not be symmetrically balanced. For eyebrow artists, we will adjust, add, remove, tilt up, stroke down, refine and/or do a eyebrow 'make-over' to align the imbalance. This is termed by artists as "brows framing the face", whereby the brows are the catalyst to facial appearance enhancement.

在眉型设计上，绣眉师会尽量把眉型的高低做调整，为眉型搬搬家，以让脸型达均衡。这就是所称的“眉型是脸型的框架”。
